3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must create an account with accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You must be 18 years or older to create an account
• One account per business/individual is permitted

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Subscription Tiers

We offer multiple subscription tiers with different generation limits:

• Free: Limited generations per month
• Starter: Increased generation limit
• Pro: Higher generation capacity

4.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Usage resets on the first day of each billing period
• Unused generations do not roll over to the next period

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial months or unused generations
• Free tier users may upgrade at any time

5. Acceptable Use

5.2 Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the Service's code
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data from the Service
• Generate false or misleading vehicle descriptions
• Resell or redistribute generated content as a service
• Overload or disrupt the Service's infrastructure

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Service Ownership

VINlingo and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by True Pulse Media, LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Generated Content

You retain ownership of the vehicle descriptions generated through our Service. You may use, modify, and publish this content for your business purposes. However:

• AI-generated content may not be unique
• Similar descriptions may be generated for other users
• You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring accuracy
• You may not resell or redistribute our Service or technology

7. Data Retention and Deletion

Automatic Cleanup: Generated vehicle descriptions and associated data are automatically deleted after 30 days to maintain optimal service performance. If you need to retain descriptions longer, please download and save them locally.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

8.1 Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.

8.2 AI-Generated Content

• AI-generated descriptions may contain inaccuracies
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of vehicle information
• Content should be reviewed before publication

8.3 VIN Data

Vehicle information is sourced from the NHTSA database. We are not responsible for errors or omissions in the source data.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, True Pulse Media, LLC and VINlingo shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages resulting from generated content inaccuracies
• Service interruptions or data loss

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold True Pulse Media, LLC and VINlingo harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activities
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Abusive or harmful behavior

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and we may delete your account and data.
